If the phone is logged into a Google Account (which, duh, it is), you can just use Google Maps Timeline! If Location History is enabled, it literally keeps a detailed history of everywhere the phone has been. You can see the routes taken, the places visited, and for how long. It’s SO powerful.
You can check it right from a browser by going to https://www.google.com/maps/timeline or by opening the Maps app on a phone, tapping the profile icon, and selecting “Your timeline.”
