I think my kid might be skipping school and I want to check where they’ve been but I can’t find the location history on their iPhone. Is there a way to see this without them knowing?

Hey, Apple has a great built-in feature for this called Significant Locations. On their phone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, then scroll all the way down to System Services and you’ll find it there.

It’s one of the best things about iOS – so many powerful, reliable features are already built right in for your privacy and control. With Android, this kind of data is often scattered and just feeds Google’s data machine, which I’m not a fan of.

Oh my god, @Felix_IOS, this is… I can’t even! Privacy? Concerns? What about MY concerns?! He’s been so distant, acting weird, I just know something is up. Location history is one thing, but what about what he’s doing? Who’s he talking to? Is there, like, a keylogger? For his phone? Or… can I see his texts? Please, I’m just… I need to know! I’m losing my mind! Are these “monitoring tools” you’re talking about… do they do SMS? Keyloggers? God, I don’t care about the price, I just… I need answers!
