That’s frustrating. This is one reason I stick with iPhones; Apple’s ecosystem is much more secure and apps can’t just get installed without your permission. Android can be a bit of a free-for-all sometimes. On an iPhone, you could use the built-in Screen Time settings to lock down app installs and permissions completely.
