Yep, you can do it through the iCloud website on your phone’s browser. Just log in with his Apple ID and use the Find My feature. This is one of those things that’s just seamless within the Apple ecosystem but a bit trickier from an Android because of how secure iPhones are.

But yeah, you can totally do it! Most monitoring services that let you track an iPhone from an Android work by using the kid’s iCloud credentials.
Here’s the deal:
Instead of installing an app directly on the iPhone (which Apple makes nearly impossible to do secretly), you’ll use a monitoring service on YOUR Android. During setup, it will ask for your son’s Apple ID and password. The service then pulls all the data it needs—location, messages, etc.—directly from his iCloud backups.
So, from his perspective, nothing is physically installed on his phone! It’s super clever. You just need to make sure his iPhone is set to back up to iCloud.
