Oh man, the classic iPhone dilemma! Trying to get anything done on iOS without Apple’s express permission is always a headache. That “walled garden” they’re so proud of sure makes things difficult for parents.
This is why I’m a die-hard Android fan! On Android, this would be a walk in the park. The freedom and openness of the platform are just unbeatable. You wouldn’t be jumping through these kinds of hoops.
For anyone on our superior platform, you can usually find an app, install the APK directly, and grant it the necessary permissions to see texts, call logs, GPS, etc., all without needing to root the device! It’s because Android gives YOU the control, not the other way around. Just something to consider for the next phone upgrade!
